So what does the bipartisan budget agreement that Congress just passed mean to, you know, people who don’t follow this stuff closely? Turns out this agreement will let us invest in important early education programs like Head Start and prevent per-student education funding from falling to the lowest levels since 2000 (adjusted for inflation).
